Loretta is currently Vice President of Global Incentive Compensation at Infor, a multi-national enterprise software company, headquartered in New York City. In this role, she is responsible for incentives strategy, plan administration for sales and consulting services, commissions accounting; and development of programs to attract, motivate, and reward top talent.
With over 25 years of experience in Sales, HR, Finance and Sales Operations, Loretta is accustomed to wearing multiple hats. Before joining Infor, Loretta was the Senior Director of Global Sales Compensation at Cisco/AppDynamics, where she was focused on helping to prepare AppDynamics’ sales incentive programs, processes and data for an Initial Public Offering. Following the acquisition of AppDynamics by Cisco Systems via an offer of the highest M&A multiple in software history, her attention shifted to leading key integration activities for the new, combined sales organization and sharing of best practices for Software-as-a-Service organizations.
Prior to AppDynamics, Loretta served as the Head of Sales Compensation in the Global Talent Organization at LinkedIn, and the Director of Compensation Operations for Asia Pacific/Japan at Hewlett-Packard in Singapore. Throughout her career, she has held Director-level positions at notable technology companies, including Autodesk, salesforce.com and Microsoft.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Loretta holds a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. She currently resides in Oakland, California.
